Wow! Amazing collection of vinyl from all genres and time periods. The key to this store is the organization which helps guide you to what you are looking for, from newly released vinyl to rock to jazz, and there's even a world and New Jersey section. Many hard to find underground bands were properly represented in their respective sections. In the back of the store, you can also find videos, cassettes, and magazines (Circus, and some other throwbacks). Also their appears to be an area that provides support fixing equipment. The employees were very friendly and helpful making it a great atmosphere. Every third Monday they advertise a $1 section. Absolutely cannot wait to return again!!

Excellent source for vinyl records! They have the most extensive collection for miles in every direction. Nice assortment of vintage audio equipment also available. Great atmosphere as well. They even have a groovy (seriously, no other word describes it) lounge room for hosting events. Some of the record prices are a bit high in my opinion.

This place is incredible. A vinyl collectors dream. If your a crate digger, you're sure to find something you'll like. They have some special sales for those that shop there regularly. They have a small performance space too.

Great store with very helpful and friendly employees! The man working in the audio equipment section helped me with picking out a new receiver and cd player. He really took his time going over all the available equipment and how everything works. I now have a great setup to go along with my turntable

Visited Factory Records on record day, great vibe and atmosphere. They have a wide selection for shopping and they even had an amazing DJ playing great mixes. Got his info and will be using him for all my upcoming events! I’ll definitely be back especially if he’s going to be there!

Loved this place. So far, in my opinion, this is the record shop to beat. I liked it to It's Only Rock and Roll that used to be on 8th Street in Manhattan, except better parking and a much welcoming environment.Great selection, only interacted with one of the staff but they were super nice. It's a bit of a drive, but definitely worth it.Can't wait to go back.

This store is awesome!!! Totally going to be a new haunt of mine and well worth the 30+ minute drive. Came here for record store day 2022 and was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff was helpful and so friendly, we were chatting like we knew eachother for years!! The place has a TON of records new and used. Also super cute clothing 😍💕 definitely coming back for a tank top once it gets warmer.

I am a regular here after Vintage Vinyl closed down. The selection is excellent no matter what you like and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Big shout out to long haired Tim, who I have had a few chats with. He has good taste, knowledge and recommendations. If you are looking for a great shop in North Jersey, this is the place to be!

An interesting and large venue for used vinyl discs is large and airy, housed in an old factory space. The place is decorated with old show and film props. Owners are friendly and helpful. They are preparing a charming lounge / performance space within the shop which looks like fun.

Visited this afternoon, looking for a few specific used records.Did not get what I came for, but found one which was not on my list.Vinyl records (used, vintage) is a moving target, however, so I have no doubt I will find what I want on my next visit(s).The selection is quite awesome, and the VIBE is EXCELLENT.I had some fun conversation with the staff (owner?) on check out, and that is part of a very satisfying shopping experience.I will be returning! This place is great!Jon N.

Stopped in with my daughter a little while back. There is something to be said for being completely surprised by a shopping experience. The atmosphere of Factory Records is amazing!!!!! No pressure to buy anything just an amazing shopping experience. They helped me fill in two big holes in my Beatles and Pearl Jam collection. Will he headed back real soon.

Factory Records is incredible. I take an almost an hour drive to go through a vast selection of records, new and old, as their inventory is continually changing. I spoke with Tim, and he knew of every artist I asked him about, and it was a positive experience than other record stores I have been in locally. Factory Records even has Dollar Records Day, which I will be attending to discover new music to spin.I also had the pleasure of speaking with Melaine via email about future releases and vinyl that I am on the hunt for, and she was equally as helpful and informative. I am happy when a business covers all bases with social media and in-person customer service skills. The one thing that I can say most about FR is you can tell these employees are passionate about music, jobs, and helping you find your magical musical ear candy.I pass quite a few Record Stores on my way, but the trip is worth it!
