From the quite and desolate streets of Dover, NJ comes Our Marvelous Lives. OML is influenced by many musical styles. The group plays across the rock and alternative singer-songwriter genres, with a rock ‘n’ roll story-telling lyrical palate that layers guitar, drums, bass and keys, with vocal harmonies.

The band was formed under the name Maximum America. They have found themselves on the same bill with such artists as Supersuckers, Sponge, LA Guns, Wall of Voodoo, The Ramones, Little Steven Van Zandt, Joan Jett, Lone Justice, and others, playing everything in New York and New Jersey.
