The album title sums up the philosophy with which Barry went into the album-making process. Despite his gregarious presence on and off the stage, Barry himself has always been an incredibly thoughtful and introverted person. It’s only now, after the last several years of pushing himself, that he’s been able to embrace this side of his personality and present it to the world.
