Refund policy

IN STORE RETURN POLICY

1. ALL SALES FINAL ON USED. All media, electronics, audio equipment, etc. This is also on your receipt when you purchase anything in store. 
2. NEW products (sealed with barcode) can be exchanged for other products or funds put on a store gift card. To get full exchange amount the product must not be opened. 
3. We are unable to return funds to your card or give cash. 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

1. 30 days full refund if the product is in its original condition
2. Full refund will be given upon receiving the item in its original condition
