New Orleans-based singer-songwriter Hans Williams is one of indie folk's rising new voices, building a devoted audience around his soulful vocals, intimate songwriting, and community-driven approach to music. With 200M+ career streams, Williams has steadily grown from an independent breakout into an artist with an expanding global fanbase, earning an early co-sign from Noah Kahan along the way.His debut album, Songs For The Neighbors, arrives November 13 via Giant Music. Produced by Williams' longtime collaborator and housemate Phin Choukas (Noah Kahan), the album was born largely in the backyard of Williams' New Orleans home, where friends and musicians regularly gathered to play as neighbors listened from their doors, windows, and gardens. That spirit of closeness and community became the foundation of the record, exploring home, relationships, friendship, and the people who shape our lives. Recorded largely live alongside the musicians who have become fixtures of Williams' backyard sessions and touring band, Songs For The Neighbors blends soulful, dreamy indie folk with elements of Americana, funk, and psychedelia, tied together by Williams' distinctive voice and songwriting. The campaign launched with "True Feeling," followed by "Harding Road," a horn-kissed love song inspired by Williams' New Orleans neighborhood and a relationship that grew out of friendship. The album will be supported by an extensive live campaign, including U.S. dates, a December European headline run, and a North American headline tour beginning in January 2027.
